On August 25th, the sun was shining and the temperature was moderate. The Grace Multicultural Association, in conjunction with the Maple Leaf College and the Zhejiang Association, held a picnic in the Parc Andre-J.-Côté in the outskirts of the park. Quebec Health Minister Gaétan Barrette personally attended the event. I visited everyone and delivered a warm speech.
